Hayes started his career with Rollins Accounting in 1994 after graduating from James Madison University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Hayes has been involved with business income/extra expense, product liability and stock loss evaluations for numerous organizations, including Meristar Hotels, Morgan Stanley/Pyramid Advisors, Maxim Egg Farms, Inc., St. James Episcopal Church, The New York Palace Hotel, Wintergreen Resort, Malden Mills, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Texas Heart Institute, York International, J.C. Penney, Iron Mountain, Beaulieu of America, Beaulieu of Canada, The Maryland Bible Society, and Boral Industries.

Aaron began his career with Rollins Accounting & Inventory Services, Inc. in 2002 after graduating from Virginia Tech with Bachelor of Science Majors in both Finance and Business Management. Mr. Parker provides leadership and expertise in accounting matters relating to business interruption, inventory loss, gross margin erosion, increased operational expenses, extra expenses, builders risk/soft cost, and theft loss. While handling losses of all size and magnitudes to deliver fair and equitable resolution, he is also frequently engaged by attorneys to provide expert testimony in litigation matters. He is a member of both the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. J. Duncan MacLeod is a resident in the Melbourne Florida office and is an MBA Graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Duncan has been involved with many loss of business income/extra expense, builders risk and stock loss evaluations for manufacturers, retailers, hospitality organizations, and property management firms such as Ciena Corporation, National Rehabilitation Hospital, Medstar Health, Perkin Elmer, Ben Hill Griffin, York International and Sweetheart Cup.

Mr. Lee works out of Rollins’ Charlotte, North Carolina, office.  He began his career in forensic accounting for the insurance industry in 2001. He has calculated economic damages for businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to multinational corporations, involving loss of income, extra expenses, lost inventory, builders’ risk/soft costs, product recall/product liability, employee dishonesty, lost earnings/wages and business disputes.  Jason is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received both B.A. and M.S. degrees in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is Certified in Financial Forensics.

In his free time, Jason enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing and playing games with his wife and two children.

Jeremy began his career with Rollins Accounting & Inventory Services, Inc., in 2007. Jeremy is a graduate of East Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He provides policyholders with expert advice related to Business Interruption, Loss of Rents, Extra Expense, and Stock Loss claims. He has been instrumental in the recovery of lost income for clients affected by Superstorm Sandy, as well as internationally with Hurricane Odile. His experience in the industry spans many business types including hotels, restaurants, retail, agriculture, real estate, and professional practices.

Some of his notable clientele include Hilton Worldwide, The Execu-Search Group, Ledo Pizza, Aspen Square Management, IGY Marinas, Maxim Egg Farms and Topgolf.

Hired in 2016 after graduating from Longwood University with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting and Finance, Justin has been working closely with upper level accountants on business interruption claims for Holiday Inn, Courtyard, Residence Inn, Chaminade Resort & Spa among other types of businesses and acquired his CPA license in 2020. He enjoys training for endurance races and participates in marathons and triathlons. 

Justin has been with the company since 1996, growing into a role which specializes in the area of Business Interruption Loss Evaluation.  While skilled in financial statement analysis, he also excels in many other forensic accounting functions such as extra expense determination and tracking, loss of rental income and reduced occupancy analysis, profit margin erosion, inventory roll forward, coinsurance determination and application, increased/saved payroll analysis, etc.

Whether by analyzing hard data or working with the board of directors of a multi-regional organization to discuss strategy and potential loss exposure, Justin handles all situations with both candor and reasonableness. His involvement in some of the largest valued losses in Rollins Accounting history has filled his client list with a vast array of businesses spanning many industries. Most notable clients include Allied Technology Group, Flanders, Inc., Holiday Inn (multiple franchises), McDonald’s Enterprises, Professional Hospitality Resources, Wendy’s (multiple franchises), Andover Brokerage, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Imperial Palace, MeriStar, Timothy Paul Carpets, Werthan Packaging, Carlyle Development, Harbor Group, LaSalle Hospitality, Penn Bottle & Supply and USA Discounters, Inc. Will joined Rollins in October 2017, bringing with him over 10 years’ forensic accounting experience. He graduated from Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia, with Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. His insurance industry forensic accounting experience includes preparing and analyzing complex business interruption and extra expense claims in various industries. Since joining Rollins, Will has prepared and settled both small and large business interruption claims. Will has experience working on measuring losses in healthcare, hospitality, senior care, golf courses and various manufacturing industries. Will is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Born and raised in Georgia, Will now resides in Delray Beach, Florida, and spends his free time fishing, enjoying the beach, and playing sports.

He is a resident of the Rockville, Maryland office and is a graduate of McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland, with Bachelor of Science Majors in both Business Administration and Accounting Economics, Zach has been with Rollins since 2013 and is experienced in business interruption and extra expense claims as well as accounting-related aspects of Builder’s Risk and Course of Construction claims. This includes the measurement and evaluation of additional interest expense, payroll limitations, co-insurance coverage, additional cost of equity, and inventory recalculation. Zach has been involved in the preparation, support and settlement of numerous Builder’s Risk Claims and has provided support to Federal Realty Investment Trust, RFR Holding LLC, Hines Development, SNC Lavalin, Dragados, Ellis Don, Turner Construction Company, Brasfield & Gorrie LLC, and many more. Other notable clients include Acadia Healthcare, the National Presbyterian Church on Nebraska Avenue in Washington, D.C., The Metro Place Apartments in Suitland, Maryland, and Lerner Corporation Apartments at The University Square Apartments.

Zach is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Greater Washington Society of Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and is Certified in Financial Forensics.

Working with Rollins since 1991, Marcie specializes in assisting high-end homeowners with decorators, jewelry and silver evaluations. She works closely with a vast network of vendors including rugs evaluation, furniture refinishing, dry cleaning, contents cleaning and fine art refurbishment and extensive experience in fire, flood, water and theft/vandalism claims. Marcie covers claims primarily in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Delaware among others.

Orville has been assisting policyholders since 1995. He is responsible for measuring, pricing and documenting  inventory on the contents, including stock, furniture, fixtures, equipment and machinery, of damaged property and coordinating salvage and restoration operations. Mr. Curry has worked on numerous multi-million dollar losses such as the home of Eunice Kennedy & Sgt. Shriver, Filene’s Basement, Sweetheart Cup, L’Auberge Chez François, Baylor University Medical Center, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, TAMKO Building Products, 4 New York Plaza, ABC Carpet, Steve Madden Shoes and The Plaza Resort & Spa.

Since 2001, Mike has been immersed in inventory claims and has seen the devastation that creates them. He’s worked wildfire claims in Colorado, New Mexico and California, tornado claims in Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Kentucky and hurricane claims after “Sandy” devastated parts of the East Coast. The riot in Baltimore rounded out Mike’s dealings with devastation when he assisted Sneaker Mart with their inventory. Among other clients receiving Mike’s expertise are McDonald’s, La Quinta and IHOP. When not helping clients get the support they need to get back to a normal life, Mike keeps his life normal by traveling with his family and watching the Flyers, Eagles and Phillies.

Laurie has been with the company since its inception in 1994 and is a third generation family member.  Specializing in homeowner claims, Laurie is very detail oriented and meticulous when itemizing personal property losses. Throughout her multiple decades of experience, Laurie has been able to compile a network of only the foremost vendors within their various specializations, including contents cleaning, dry cleaning, furniture restoration, and fine art evaluation.  Laurie has worked on claims in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida. Laurie attended Harcum Junior College and The University of Maryland and is a lifetime member of Hadassah (the Women's Zionist Organization of America, an American Jewish volunteer women’s organization), Sigma Delta Tau sorority, and the National Mah Jongg League.

Dan has been assisting policyholders since 1988, after spending 4 years with the United States Coast Guard. As a contents appraiser, Mr. Coll was responsible for the stock, furniture, fixtures, equipment and machinery claims on New Orleans Public School floods, PHR Hospitality Resources, Neptune Fisheries, Quaker Maid Meats, Maxim Egg Farms, Inc., York International, Grand Heritage Hotels, Burlage Associates, MeriStar Hotels, Iron Mountain, Herman's Sporting Goods, World Carpets, Plej's Ostrow Textile, Beaulieu of America, and Monarch Rubber.

Jo Ann Katzenstein is a graduate of Florida International University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts.  Jo Ann joined Rollins in 2005 and has worked extensively on all aspects of residential and commercial property losses, in the capacity of both a Contents Specialist and General Adjuster. She is licensed to adjust losses in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas. Some of the larger claims in which Jo Ann has been actively involved include Florida’s Century Village Boca Raton (Hurricane Wilma loss in 2005), Barry and Linda Gibb (April 2007), Regina Noch (2007), and Peggy Cooper Cafritz (2009). Jo Ann was also instrumental in Rollins’ contents appraising efforts in the Virginia Beach, Virginia, area in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene in 2011, and following Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, and Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Tony has been assisting policyholders since 2009. As a contents appraiser Tony is responsible for taking inventories of damaged property including personal property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, stock, and machinery on commercial and residential losses as far south as Florida and as far west as Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Tony has worked on large commercial losses such as Maxim Egg Farms, Hilton Resort Cabo San Lucas, Xentris Wireless, Baja Fresh, and From The Heart Church Ministries to name a few.

Jim has been working for Rollins since 1999, but has a background in inventory dating back to 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University and is an expert at measuring, documenting, and coordinating the presentation of all aspects of personal property, stock and inventory losses incurred in connection with both commercial and residential insurance claims. James assists policyholders with coordination of salvage and restoration operations following property losses while coordinating emergency services as needed. A licensed Public Adjuster in Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., West Virginia and North Carolina, he is a most valuable asset to Rollins and to the clients we represent.

Bob entered the Property Claims industry as an adjuster for Allstate Insurance in 1995 where he first was introduced to contents evaluation. Through his career, Bob has spent fifteen years working for insurers like Allstate, as well as Travelers, where he has come to know the inner workings of the industry and its adjusters. After working as a Commercial Project Manager for Enservio, an insurance contents evaluation company, he decided that he would be of better service to his customers by working directly for them and joined Rollins Accounting and Inventory Services, Inc. in 2012. He has handled large commercial and residential losses to include the evaluation of equipment, stock, work-in-progress, art and furniture.  Some of his more notable clients are: Hilton hotels, Hallmark, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Patti’s 1880’s Settlement, Pender County Schools NC, Monroe County FL, Rumson Country Club, Monmouth Beach Club, Caloosa Cove resorts.

Caryn has been assisting policyholders since 1989 as an upscale contents appraiser. Prior to joining GGG/AI, Ms. Jacobs worked in retail store management specializing in home furnishings. Ms. Jacobs is one of our most experienced homeowner personal property appraisers and has been responsible for the coordination of all aspects of numerous such matters, to include Art Restoration and Framing, Clothing and Contents Cleaning, Moving, Packing, and Storage, Oriental Rug Cleaning, Restoration and Appraisal, Textile and Furniture Restoration, and Paper and Book Restoration.

Jetta has been with the company since 2006.  After attending college at Clinch Valley College, now the University of Virginia at Wise, she enlisted in the United States Air Force serving in Texas, Japan and eventually Saudi Arabia during the Persian Gulf War (Operation Desert Shield/Operation Desert Storm) as a Communications Analyst.  After two terms in the Air Force, she moved back to her home state of Virginia where she worked for a time with the State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, then entered the insurance/financial industry working for Compulife, Inc., ING and PrimeVest Financial.  Her current position with Rollins enables her to assist in the time-sensitive gathering and analyzing of our clients’ data in order to facilitate their quick recovery.  “This is a team I’m proud to be part of!”

Rachel joined Rollins in May of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Lingon has two Bachelors of Science degrees from Longwood University: one in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and the other in Criminal Justice.

Rachel's career with Rollins Accounting and Inventory Services began as an intern where she was introduced to and developed a profound appreciation of forensic accounting and the measurement of business interruption insurance claims.

While with Rollins, she has handled multiple business interruption claims in the hotel/hospitality, manufacturing, and restaurant sectors.

Ms. Ligon is on track to receive her CPA certification and, in her free time, enjoys teaching dance to school-aged children and spending as much time outdoors as she can.

Niko joined Rollins as a full-time Staff Accountant in June of 2022, after interning with Rollins in May of 2021. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance with a minor in accounting from Salisbury University located in the Maryland eastern shore.

During Niko's internship period with Rollins, he assisted in many business interruption claims and became extremely fascinated about every aspect of forensic accounting.

Niko has since handled multiple business interruption claims in the hospitality, medical, and property management sectors. Clients Niko has assisted include Foulger Pratt, Greenhill Companies, UIP Property Management Inc., MidAtlantic Realty Partners, and Borger Residential.

Currently, Mr. Berns is taking courses to become eligible to take the CPA exam. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as watching sports.

Mike Garcia is a Senior Inventory Specialist at Rollins Accounting & Inventory Services, Inc. Prior to joining Rollins, and while in college, Mr. Garcia was an entrepreneur developing and engineering custom aftermarket parts in the automotive industry. He was winner of the 2005 South Carolina Collegiate Entrepreneurship Award his senior year, and went on to develop multiple other successful ventures after moving to the Greater Orlando area. Since 2012, he has been a certified National Rifle Association firearm safety instructor and specializes in assisting those new to handguns basic safety and advanced marksmanship. Now residing in Charlotte, NC, Mr. Garcia has been involved in large loss inventories in North and South Carolina, with both homeowners and commercial losses.
